70% Dark Sirius Chocolate

Experience exquisitely earthy Sirius Chocolate, pure & simple. Not only can you indulge in Sirius Chocolate guilt free, many people have told us this is the best chocolate they've ever tasted!

We start with Truly Raw Cacao from Bali, Indonesia, which has 5 times as many antioxidants as 70% dark chocolate that has been roasted. We then add Sustainably harvested Coconut Sugar, not only for its low-gycemic sweetness and mineral content, but for its delicious malty flavor. A little Lucuma (an exotic Peruvian fruit) for creaminess, the highest quality Vanilla on the market, and a pinch of Himalayan Mineral Salt to balance the Cacao and round out the flavor. Next we slowly Stone-Grind the chocolate using granite at low temperatures for a looong time, to give it the smoothness true chocolate connoisseurs demand. The chocolate is then tempered, poured into molds, wrapped and packaged completely by hand.
