A descendant of the prized Aztec cacao originally brought to the area by the Spanish, Balinesian Cacao has been thriving wild for centuries. It is now tended by small-scale farmers grown within healthy Rain Forest. The shade of the jungle canopy, the tropical sunlight, and the pure water give Bali the perfect growing conditions for high-quality "flavor chocolate".

The cacao is then processed in a community center allowing the farmers to add value to their product before they sell it above fair-trade prices. They are then washed and dried in the World's First Verified Raw processing facility, guaranteeing integrity, traceability and transparency. We start with Truly Raw Cacao from Bali, Indonesia, which has 5 times as many antioxidants as 70% dark chocolate that has been roasted. We then add Sustainably harvested Coconut Sugar, not only for its low-gycemic sweetness and mineral content, but for its delicious malty flavor. A little Lucuma (an exotic Peruvian fruit) for creaminess, the highest quality Vanilla on the market, and a pinch of Himalayan Mineral Salt to balance the Cacao and round out the flavor. Next we slowly Stone-Grind the chocolate using granite at low temperatures for a looong time, to give it the smoothness true chocolate connoisseurs demand. The chocolate is then tempered, poured into molds, wrapped and packaged completely by hand.
